Sharda University is organising its 1st Civil Engineering Technical Fest i.e “COSTRUTTO13 – ICI FEST NORTH REGION” on 15th & 16th November 2013 at university campus.
DETAILS
The two day fest will witness huge participation of students from various reputed institutions. Eminent dignitaries, performers & media personals will grace the occasion. Sharda University has overseas students that would be showcasing their talent along with Indian students. There will be 4 technical talks by the delegates, 6 events and 1 workshop.

Oral Presentation:
Giving opportunity to participants from the institutions across North India to express their views regarding the theme. Theme for Presentation: Substitute to cement, bricks or sand
Poster Presentation:
Giving opportunity to participants from the institutions across North India to present their creativity and knowledge via posters.
Theme for Poster Presentation: Environmental Aspects in Civil Engineering
Tender Bid Development:
Tender problem will be given to the participants at the time of competition. Participants need to prepare a tender that has lowest bid.
Structural Photography:
Participants are encouraged to create photos that create an intrigue about an aspect of engineering and reveal a unique or striking engineering observation.
Structural Design Competition:
In this the participants will have to design structure on the basis of data provided using STADD PRO software.
Auto CAD Competition :
In this the participants will have to design the plan on the basis of data provided using Auto CAD software.
Workshop :
Theme – Health Monitoring of concrete structures.
