Rating is given to Lift Provider and Taker. In some cases automatic rating is given based on action taken and not taken by specific user.
In a case when Lift Provider accepts an Interest of a Lift Taker and later cancels that interest in such a case automatic rating is given to Lift Provider (which would be a -ve indicator).
