Rating can be provided for an interest received/sent. Lift providers can rate interests they have received for a lift. Lift taker can rate after they have taken the lift.
In some cases lift rating is done automatically based on pre-defined parameters based on action taken by user. In some cases specific time delay is kept for an action and rating accordingly.
